The OSS team engaged in a participative and playful group work and strategic brainwork approach so that a new energy settle and help reach and achieve the 2030 projected goals and objectives, thanks to an innovative communication and a better understanding of the organization.
Identifying the challenges and opportunities, sketching the 2030 strategy implementation plans, yes, but also drawing a dynamic entity through a team spirit and the ownership of a pluricultural and multidiscplinary team led by an individual belief of having a highly important and effective role and responsability within the organization.
