SMAS Project | Recruitment of an expert consultant to develop modules and lead training on the Global Environment Facility (GEF) approach to Transboundary Diagnostic Analysis (TDA)
As part of the "Strengthening the Sustainable Management of the Senegalese-Mauritanian Aquifer System to Ensure Access to Water for Populations Facing Climate Change (SMAS)" project, the Sahara and Sahel Observatory is launching a Call for Tenders for the recruitment of an expert consultant.
This consultant will be responsible for developing modules and conducting training on the Global Environment Facility (GEF) approach to Transboundary Diagnostic Analysis (TDA) and the Strategic Action Program (SAP) for groundwater management in the Senegalese-Mauritanian Aquifer System (SMAS), covering Gambia, Guinea-Bissau, Mauritania, and Senegal.
The deadline for receiving the bids is January 17, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. (Tunis time).
