Brief - The Ennaanay Case

Case Overview

In December 2021, a complaint was filed following the termination of a contract under the Adapt-WAP project, which centered on the development of a Multi-Risk Early Warning System.

The dispute arose from deliverables deemed non-compliant with the contractual standards agreed upon by the parties. Upon review, the complaint was found valid, prompting both parties to pursue mediation to resolve the matter amicably. When mediation efforts proved unsuccessful, the case escalated to litigation.

In December 2024, the court declared the complaint inadmissible due to a procedural defect, thereby resolving the case.
