As part of the AdaptWAP project – Integrating climate change adaptation measures into the concerted management of the W-Arly-Pendjari (WAP) Transboundary Complex, funded by the Adaptation Fund and implemented by OSS, a call for tenders was launched for the acquisition of equipment aimed at strengthening the Multi-Hazard Early Warning System (SAP-MR) in Benin.
Following the procedure, this call for tenders was declared unsuccessful.
The call for tenders was published on 1 July 2025 and closed on 25 July 2025.
